Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features using Python.
- Lead strategic architectural decisions and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Implement best software development practices to ensure product reliability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance current applications and refactor code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to develop solutions.
- Leverage AI development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team process improvements.
- Own meaningful parts of the platform and grow with the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend experience with deep expertise in Python.
- Strong experience in building distributed, asynchronous, event-driven systems.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs in an AWS environment.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with AI-driven features or tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in coding best practices for clean and maintainable code.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering effective solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in debugging large codebases.
- Willingness to collaborate in-person a few times per quarter.
