Responsibilities

- Evolve testing strategies towards a more scalable model.
- Build safer and more repeatable load testing capabilities.
- Improve the reliability and observability of the test platform.
- Collaborate with product engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Lead technical projects from definition to operational ownership.
- Enhance operational maturity through dashboards and alerts.
- Reduce manual operational load for load testing.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code.
- Contribute to technical specifications and project plans.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor engineers and promote testing excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience in designing and operating distributed systems.
- Ability to independently drive ambiguous technical work.
- Experience improving system reliability and observability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in system design and testing.
- Operational ownership of internal testing platforms.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD platforms.
- Ability to balance delivery with long-term technical quality.
- Passion for improving developer productivity and product quality.
