Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams extensibility, Graph API, semantic search, and Azure workloads.
- Design and deploy agentic AI scenarios using orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and retrieval patterns.
- Lead customer-facing architecture discussions, design-thinking workshops, demonstrations, conceptual architecture, and deployment guidance.
- Design secure, scalable cloud and AI architectures, including security models, integration patterns, and data flows.
- Drive workload adoption and value realization with customer success and Microsoft partner teams.
- Lead Secure AI Assessments covering governance, data security, risk posture, compliance, and Responsible AI maturity.
- Architect low-code/no-code solutions with Power Platform and coach customer fusion teams building copilots, agents, and workflows.
- Create reusable architecture patterns and internal best practices, support field skilling, and identify value opportunities that drive adoption-led growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, application development, or Microsoft 365/Azure solutioning.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio, including copilots, custom actions, orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, Graph API, Teams and SharePoint extensibility, search indexing, and Copilot-related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable enterprise cloud and AI architectures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, IT, business, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations, workshops, and explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include 4–10 years of customer-facing architecture or consulting experience in large enterprise accounts.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with governance frameworks, journey mapping, business process transformation, change management, and low-code/no-code or AI integration pipelines.
- Preferred certifications include Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or AI specializations.
