Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the organization for agents' lifecycle management.
- Drive product usage and adoption through AI- and ML-motivated technological solutions.
- Develop technology strategy and phased plans for product improvements and process simplification.
- Partner with Cloud AI and Google Cloud Platform leaders to align teams and deliver customer value.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and ML to improve product usability and user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: experience building large-scale distributed systems, leveraging generative AI and ML, using Google Cloud or related cloud platforms, delivering large-scale solutions on accelerated timelines, and mentoring others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
