Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Build scalable, high-performing solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and improve software performance and maintainability.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between system components.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
