Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain iOS ad functionality across the app and publisher-facing SDK.
- Own ad rendering and the ad experience for rich-media and native formats.
- Ensure accuracy of impressions, clicks, and billing signals.
- Manage the client-side mediation layer for demand sources.
- Integrate and maintain external ad SDKs through version upgrades.
- Respond to production health issues within the iOS ad stack.
- Measure work effectiveness through experiments and metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production iOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Experience owning a meaningful module end to end.
- Familiarity with ad rendering standards such as MRAID or OMID.
- Strong debugging instincts and ability to investigate complex issues.
- Comfort with using AI tools in the development process.
- Ability to reason about metrics and their implications.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration with non-engineers.
