Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, build, and maintain modular, performant Dreambeans mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
- Develop native platform integrations, including custom plugins, platform channels, and native build configurations, and resolve OS-specific linking and compiler issues.
- Build and iterate on user-facing features from early concepts and wireframes through production-ready client experiences.
- Collaborate with backend partners to design, integrate, and optimize client interactions for generative image, voice, and video models.
- Manage local and automated mobile release pipelines using Dogfoody, CDPush, and internal Google release suites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with Kotlin.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable backend distributed systems, microservices architectures, or high-throughput APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Preferred experience in 0-to-1 product development environments with rapid iteration.
- Preferred experience with or willingness to learn Flutter and Dart for frontend development.
- Preferred experience building and optimizing agentic workflows using tools such as Agency or ADK.
- Preferred experience with asynchronous processing, distributed systems, and C++.
- Preferred familiarity with Google backend technologies including compute infrastructure, Manifold, Footprints, Sawmill, F1, Spanner, and Plx.
