Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions across front-end and backend application layers.
- Analyze user requirements and needs while making decisions within defined parameters.
- Support and potentially lead limited-complexity projects and develop small- to medium-sized system components.
- Review functional specifications and other assigned validation deliverables.
- Provide peer support and help onboard Associate Software Engineers.
- Apply quality standards and deliver work requiring minimal revision.
