Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, scalability, security, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Embed automated builds, testing, security scanning, and quality gates into delivery workflows.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual intervention and increase deployment frequency and release confidence.
- Mentor engineers on release automation, branching strategies, and pipeline optimization.
- Architect, provision, and maintain Azure cloud environments using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Oversee the stability, performance, scalability, and operational standards of development, staging, and production environments.
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure and environment-related incidents with global teams.
- Guide adoption of cloud-native patterns, automation, and modern infrastructure practices.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code proficiency, preferably with Terraform, with ARM or Bicep experience advantageous.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps/SRE best practices.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, incident-resolution, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
