Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own feature delivery end to end, focusing on backend and front-end components.
- Collaborate with designers to define scope and technical breakdown for new features.
- Work alongside engineers to ship high-quality code and ensure engineering excellence.
- Engage with core business metrics such as user adoption and revenue figures.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem solving.
- 5+ years of professional coding experience.
- Experience shipping products with thousands of real users.
- Drive and willingness to work hard in a highly ambitious team.
- Experience in web3 is a plus.
