Base Salary
$104k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing and operational applications.
- Develop and support MES applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Create user-friendly interfaces to enhance usability and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
- Support integration between manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms.
- Develop dashboards and analytics tools for real-time operational insights.
- Implement automated data collection and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues to support factory operations.
- Maintain accurate and secure production data systems.
- Partner with teams to improve process consistency and data integrity.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing or supporting manufacturing applications.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows.
- Experience with MES platforms and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of database design and data management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
