Base Salary
$228k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Everlaw's technical AI strategy.
- Guide engineers in the application of AI across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities.
- Identify new opportunities for AI in legal technology.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in ML/AI and 10+ years in software engineering.
- Proven leadership in significant AI projects, particularly with LLMs and NLP.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning in AI developments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
