Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical database solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code for high-performance applications.
- Perform data analysis, data migration, database enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain schemas, views, indexes, sequences, and materialized views.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support application teams with integrations, releases, deployments, and production support.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Requirements
- 6 to 14 years of IT experience with strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, stored procedures, exception handling, BULK COLLECT, and FORALL.
- Experience with complex SQL queries, query optimization, performance tuning, database indexing strategies, materialized views, and data modeling concepts.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture and experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c, or higher.
- Experience in database design, development, support activities, and resolving performance bottlenecks.
