Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.
- Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Lead technical initiatives, contribute to Salesforce strategy, and support project decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and help strengthen team capabilities.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for organizational impact.
- Maintain technical, architectural, and system-configuration documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with successful implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, security, governance, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, workflows, and processes.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Developer certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, MuleSoft, or Informatica is preferred.
- Additional stated experience and education requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and 4+ years of directly related or relevant experience.
