Responsibilities
- Support senior architects and regional sales teams with pre-sales technical consultation and proof-of-concept verification for European customers.
- Analyze customer media architectures and contribute to industry solutions and case studies.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into Tencent Cloud MPaaS capabilities and document requirements for product development teams.
- Support product and industry presentations, workshops, training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with channel and marketing teams on partner enablement training and industry workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, or graduation in the current academic year, in Computer Science, IT, cloud computing, or a related discipline.
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese.
- Foundational knowledge of live streaming, video on demand, encoding and decoding, and TCP/IP networking through coursework, projects, or internship experience.
- Clear communication with technical decision-makers, a customer-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Interest in media industries and public cloud platforms demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or self-directed learning.
