Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture interviews to ensure compliance with FedRamp requirements.
- Develop architecture briefing documents for stakeholders regarding FedRamp program requirements.
- Support Continuous Monitoring activities including package submissions and risk acceptance reviews.
- Interpret FedRamp requirements and guide internal teams on expectations and processes.
- Stay updated on FedRamp guidance and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in designing and maintaining secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Write code to automate manual tasks and enhance security processes.
- Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines for developer feedback.
- Manage and secure container orchestration platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to learn best practices.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National to meet federal compliance.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Security, with 2 years in a technical role.
- Two years of experience supporting FedRAMP programs.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
- Working knowledge of cloud concepts, preferably AWS.
- Solid understanding of security concepts and a strong interest in cybersecurity.
- Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
