Base Salary
$161k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Design and develop robust, full-stack software solutions.
- Work directly with customers to understand and translate their operational challenges.
- Identify reusable patterns in customer solutions for broader platform development.
- Leverage AI tooling to drive rapid iteration and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Deliver critical commitments on time, impacting customer relationships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering or a similar technical role.
- Experience with geospatial software development and concepts.
- Proficiency in AWS or GCP.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices.
- Strong customer engagement skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Experience with fast, iterative development cycles.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% to customer sites.
- Must have a current active security clearance (TS or TS/TSI).
