Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customer engineering and IT teams.
- Design solution architecture for integrations with Nash.
- Build technical demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Own technical validation throughout the sales cycle.
- Apply AI to real workflows and measure quality.
- Test new capabilities and document limitations.
- Build reusable tooling to accelerate future deals.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
- Train and mentor team members on technical fundamentals.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in solutions engineering or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and models.
- Ability to write scripts and work with APIs independently.
- Fluency in system architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience designing and running technical demos or trials.
- Strong technical discovery skills across stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
- Ownership instinct and comfort with ambiguity.
