Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end user-facing features with Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms.
- Assess, select, and implement third-party tools and vendor integrations.
- Drive cross-functional outcomes with product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.
- Own technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic services across event-driven and distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of production software engineering experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, third-party vendor APIs, and SaaS platform integrations.
- Proficiency in distributed systems patterns such as rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, Kafka, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with production observability and reliability tooling for metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging.
- Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines.
- Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly with human oversight and human-in-the-loop practices, including tools such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean.
