Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical and team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions for complex problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery timelines.
- Debug, performance-tune, and troubleshoot complex software systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is required.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks is required.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Ability to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows is required.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques is required.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
