Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously deploy features across the full stack.
- Create partner-facing experiences that simplify referral management.
- Utilize AI coding agents in daily workflows for efficient development.
- Apply LLMs to enhance product and data solutions.
- Collaborate with leads to design cloud-native components and APIs.
- Champion quality engineering practices to enable continuous deployment.
- Peer review code and suggest optimizations.
- Define engineering best practices and provide technical mentorship.
- Investigate and resolve production issues end to end.
- Partner with product managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth on both sides of the stack.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end development using React and TypeScript.
- Experience building and operating back-end services and APIs in a modern server-side language.
- Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion and automation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Practical experience building LLM-backed features.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to take ownership of quality solutions and features.
- Competent problem-solving skills in various contexts.
