Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical side of customer relationships, including implementation and integration.
- Build integrations between Levelpath and customer systems using TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Run technical calls end to end, including discovery and live debugging.
- Prototype quickly with agents and harden successful solutions.
- Anchor US-hours on-call support and improve tooling based on incidents.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the engineering team.
