Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship integrations between Levelpath and enterprise ERP, HRIS, SSO/SCIM, ticketing, e-signature, and finance systems.
- Lead customer technical calls covering scoping, architecture reviews, debugging, and go-live support.
- Guide customers building against the GraphQL API and MCP surface from initial webhook through production cutover.
- Harden integrations through schema enforcement, validation, retries, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- Anchor US-hours on-call coverage, triage production incidents, and improve observability, runbooks, and agent tooling.
- Improve connectors, documentation, and defaults based on customer integration experience.
- Build with and improve Levelpath’s agent-driven software factory.
Requirements
- Several years of experience shipping production software with solid backend or full-stack fundamentals.
- Experience with third-party APIs and integrations, including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, data mapping, and API documentation.
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js; NestJS experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and comfort with Docker.
- Ability to work directly with customer engineering and IT teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong ownership, execution, judgment, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with enterprise procurement, finance, or ERP ecosystems such as Ariba, Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday is preferred.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms or connector frameworks is preferred.
