Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship integrations between Levelpath and enterprise systems using TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead technical calls with customer engineering and IT teams for scoping, architecture reviews, and debugging.
- Guide customers in building against our GraphQL API and MCP surface from initial webhook to production.
- Harden integration paths for enterprise data with schema enforcement, validation, and retries.
- Anchor US-hours on-call, triaging production issues and improving incident response tooling.
- Provide feedback from field experiences to enhance product connectors and documentation.
Requirements
- Solid backend or full-stack fundamentals with several years of production software experience.
- Experience with third-party APIs and integration work, including REST, GraphQL, and OAuth.
- A genuine interest in leveraging AI to enhance workflows and product capabilities.
- Strong ownership mentality, treating blockers as challenges to overcome.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with NestJS experience being a plus.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and comfort with Docker.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
