Responsibilities

Design and run disaster recovery programs, set recovery targets, and test them regularly.
Define SLAs and SLOs with product teams and build tooling to track reliability by product and customer.
Own incident detection, response, post-mortems, alerting design, and on-call processes.
Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution capabilities, including agent-led diagnosis and automated remediation.
Partner with product teams to improve architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.

Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer, or similar role, with measurable reliability improvements.
Strong backend development background and experience solving reliability problems with code and automation.
Experience owning incident response, on-call, and post-mortems and driving corrective fixes to completion.
Experience with observability, alerting, and defining or tracking SLOs or SLAs.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure; GCP and AWS are preferred.
