Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-product chaos and resiliency experimentation to identify weaknesses before they cause incidents.
- Drive adoption of reliability standards, tools, frameworks, and SRE practices across European application teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with global Reliability Engineering and Resilience communities of practice and bring relevant knowledge back to the team.
- Participate in incident-management work, special projects, and other duties as team needs evolve.
Requirements
- Demonstrated depth in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to drive organizational change and influence adoption of reliability standards and practices.
- Expertise with AWS.
- AWS certification is preferred.
