Responsibilities
- Develop importance sampling techniques for evaluation pipelines.
- Identify signals in logs and simulations to discover rare events.
- Build systems to optimize multiple objectives under resource constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and leadership to deliver evaluation products.
- Champion code health and best practices in a complex codebase.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math, or a related quantitative area.
- Fluency with probability and statistics.
- Strong self-motivation to navigate complex systems and solve open-ended problems.
- 2-3 years of experience with large codebases in languages like C++, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in performing statistical analyses and building data processing pipelines.
- Ability to write, review, and merge code following industry standards.
