Responsibilities
- Own and architect HubSpot, building workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Design scalable systems for real-time visibility into revenue and performance.
- Build reporting and dashboards for key metrics like ARR and NRR.
- Connect and manage GTM tools into a unified data ecosystem.
- Analyze data to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
- Automate and optimize processes to eliminate manual work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, Sales Ops, or Systems Architecture at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects and reporting.
- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with GTM tools like Equals, Clay, or Lemlist.
- Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented, analytical mindset.
- Hands-on builder who thrives in detailed execution.
