Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to understand and prioritize customer asks.
- Develop concrete research plans to address behavioral problems.
- Experiment across the modeling stack to enhance model capabilities.
- Root cause failures in production models and propose solutions.
- Decide on features and capabilities ready for public launch.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and machine learning.
- Experience with large multilingual datasets.
- Proficiency in training and debugging generative models.
- Ability to solve problems based on real customer needs.
- Bonus points for native proficiency in other languages.
