Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Create and customize SharePoint web parts, pages, lists, libraries, forms, and SPFx extensions.
- Plan and execute SharePoint migrations while maintaining data integrity and minimizing operational disruption.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, update, and optimize existing SharePoint environments.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and customizations and provide technical guidance and training.
- Promote SharePoint development, security, governance, information architecture, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and support client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering tailored SharePoint solutions for small, medium, and enterprise clients.
- Experience with SPFx application customizers, web parts, ListView Command Set extensions, form customizations, and SharePoint deployment options.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate flows, PowerShell, PnP, and the PnP Provisioning Framework.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JSON, XML, Node.js, NPM, NVM, Gulp, and Webpack.
- Knowledge of SharePoint REST API and basic Microsoft Graph, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 services, licensing, and use cases.
- Experience with client engagements, requirements gathering, solution architecture and design, information architecture, governance, migration, and end-user or power-user training.
- Experience with ShareGate and the Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool.
- Desirable experience includes Adaptive Card Extensions, Teams and Office Add-in deployment, SharePoint and Microsoft Graph webhooks, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Apps, custom connectors, third-party APIs, Office 365 CLI, SharePoint CSOM API, Azure service principals, Azure Functions, C#/.NET, Heft Framework, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019, BitTitan, and MigrationWiz.
