Base Salary
$135k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate modern LLMs into real-world applications.
- Design and build systems end-to-end, from data pipelines to user interfaces.
- Create AI-centric systems optimized for performance and reliability.
- Build evaluation pipelines and define metrics for AI agents and workflows.
- Deliver high-quality features quickly through collaboration and adaptability.
- Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment impacting patient care.
Requirements
- 0-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience developing AI applications and architecting AI-centric systems.
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and APIs like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficient with SQL and relational databases, comfortable with data workflows.
- Experience with AWS deployments and modern LLMs; bonus for React/Next.js experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Desire to grow with an early-stage company and take on increasing responsibilities.
