Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems.
- Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable agentic skills for various interfaces.
- Implement observability and feedback loops for AI workflows.
- Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows.
- Build APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems.
- Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation.
- Build serverless or containerized services that scale with usage.
- Partner with teams to scope high-impact automation problems.
- Design and deploy workflows using orchestration tools.
- Build self-service systems with documentation and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with LLM frameworks and patterns.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems at scale.
- Ability to diagnose business problems before writing code.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and serverless/containerized services.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigations.
- Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems and deliver end-to-end.
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools.
- Clear technical communicator for both engineers and business stakeholders.
