Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce applications.
- Act as a Salesforce platform subject matter expert and primary point of contact.
- Understand requirements, provide solutions, create high-level designs and documentation, and estimate work.
- Drive Salesforce greenfield implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
- Apply Salesforce design patterns and best practices for large-volume data and governor limits.
- Oversee code and configuration quality, application performance, timelines, risks, issues, and delivery reporting.
- Manage and collaborate with teams, make team decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development projects.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ Technical Architecture.
- Required Salesforce Technical Architecture expertise and Solution Architect experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
- Experience implementing Salesforce-specific design patterns and managing large-volume data within governor limits.
- Strong understanding of application design principles, Salesforce ecosystem integration techniques, and application performance optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
