Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise and solution architectures for new deals, major change requests, and client requirements.
- Provide RFP solutioning, design assurance, technical recommendations, and implementation risk mitigation plans.
- Define current-state and target-state solutions, integration approaches, reusable patterns, investment roadmaps, and supporting documentation.
- Validate prototypes and proposed solutions for technical fit, cost structure, customer differentiation, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, program, IT, delivery, and client teams to transition work and resolve issues.
- Present solution designs to clients, negotiate requirements, and build trusted-advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth areas and market recognition.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities such as selection interviews.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage performance, support career progression, improve engagement, and manage attrition for the team.
- Establish technical, business process, and support metrics such as KPIs and SLAs and report assignment and project status.
Requirements
- Experience creating architectural solutions and providing technical leadership for complex client engagements.
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise solutions and evaluate integration with broader technology ecosystems.
- Experience with RFP solutioning, architectural documentation, prototypes, technical risk analysis, and design assurance.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, negotiation, thought leadership, and trusted-advisor capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, consulting, project management, IT, delivery, and client organizations.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and managing team resourcing, onboarding, performance, engagement, and career development.
- Ability to develop technical frameworks, reusable patterns, proof-of-concepts, case studies, demos, and thought leadership content.
- Completion of required trainings and certifications and contribution to market references, analyst recognition, client testimonials, or partner credits.
