Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with development teams on cloud and datacenter products and deployments.
- Assess existing solutions with technical leads and design process improvements.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in development and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines across centralized and distributed repositories.
- Manage cloud services, container orchestration, and scalable storage services.
- Promote infrastructure management, security, and compliance best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues with development teams.
- Conduct training and create documentation to help development teams manage deployments.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve DevOps processes.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with AWS strongly preferred.
- Experience with datacenter management and virtualization technologies.
- Strong scripting skills with Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, and GoLang.
- Familiarity with the AWS ALB ingress controller is preferred.
- Extensive experience implementing and maintaining large-scale infrastructure as code, especially Terraform.
- In-depth experience with Docker and Kubernetes scaling, including EKS and GKS.
- Experience implementing and maintaining automation and configuration management solutions.
- Experience administering and automating SDLC solutions through CI and related tools including Jenkins, Git, SVN, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience administering and automating high-availability cloud infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EKS and S3 buckets.
- AWS Certification is a plus.
