Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM solutions across online and on-premises modules and Power Platforms.
- Lead and review delivery teams across project phases including planning, analysis, design, build, and testing.
- Design conceptual architectures and technical solutions while leading technology and design teams.
- Coordinate customers, IT staff, and business partners to resolve issues and deliver solutions on time.
- Use KPIs to measure project quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to presales activities, proof-of-concepts, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Manage team capability planning, identify skill gaps, and align training or hiring needs with future demand.
- Develop reusable solutions, frameworks, and assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of total work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and technical Power Platform solutions across online and on-premises environments.
- Experience with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing CRM modules.
- At least two full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with presales and building proof-of-concepts.
- Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
- Experience leading teams and working with global, onshore, and offshore teams to establish and maintain CRM technology.
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.
- Core skills in C#, SQL, .NET, D365, CRM SDK, CRM plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, and Flow.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Regional project experience, particularly with Japan or Australia, is preferred.
