Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Support or implement SAP solutions for clients across projects, borders, and sectors.
- Perform technical development and unit testing on the system.
- Document, resolve, and escalate issues.
- Develop data migration programs and perform FRICEW development.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Support new pursuits or engagements at the Manager level.
- Guide and motivate others and foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
- Travel for project assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information System, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of SAP working experience in support or project implementation.
- Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP Cloud Platform, or other SAP development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize shifting workloads, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong people management skills and willingness to guide and motivate others.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- SAP certification is preferred.
