Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
- Perform SAP technical development and unit testing.
- Document, resolve, and escalate system issues.
- Develop data migration programs and perform FRICEW development.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Support new pursuits and engagements at the Manager level.
- Guide and motivate team members and foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
- Travel for project assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information System, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of SAP work experience in support or project implementation, including SAP ABAP, SAP Cloud Platform, or other SAP development experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and people-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- SAP certification is preferred.
