Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale HPC and GPU infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Architect scalable AI, machine learning, accelerated-computing, and cloud-native solutions.
- Develop automation frameworks for cluster provisioning, software installation, and lifecycle management.
- Design and support LLM, agentic AI, and AI platform deployments from proof of concept through production.
- Advise enterprise customers on reliability, migration strategies, cloud adoption, and AI infrastructure best practices.
- Deliver customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Sales to influence product direction and resolve technical challenges.
- Create reusable solution architectures, reference implementations, demonstrations, blogs, white papers, and competitive-positioning materials.
- Build relationships with strategic AI technology partners and drive adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Experience designing cloud-based HPC, AI, or GPU solutions for enterprise customers.
- Experience engaging technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with HPC and GPU architecture across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, PowerShell, HPC cluster-management platforms, high-performance networking, MPI, and distributed file systems.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, large GPU clusters using Kubernetes or Slurm, AI startups or research organizations, technical thought leadership, and cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with UK and EMEA enterprise customers is preferred; English is required and additional Asian languages are advantageous.
