Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify AI improvement opportunities.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions and validate them with users.
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI applications.
- Deliver projects from discovery to deployment and iteration.
- Create reusable AI assistants for internal use.
- Transform successful solutions into scalable platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to enhance AI infrastructure.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to teammates.
Requirements
- Experience building production AI applications using modern LLMs.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals for reliable production systems.
- A product mindset focused on user adoption and business impact.
- Experience working with customers to translate problems into software.
- Ability to prototype quickly while considering scalability.
- Familiarity with managed AI platforms like AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python or another modern backend language.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
