Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and other GenAI tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
- Review, validate, and take ownership of AI-assisted code changes before production release.
- Create and improve unit, integration, regression, and test-automation coverage.
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases, identify technical debt, and help remediate it.
- Contribute to AI-agent goals, tool usage, task flows, prompts, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and continuous-improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot security, performance, reliability, and other technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 0–1+ years of software development experience, including internships or academic projects.
- Foundational knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or C#.
- Basic understanding of web development with Node.js, Angular, or React and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to REST or SOAP APIs and familiarity with GitHub and IntelliJ.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience includes full-stack development, AI-agent frameworks such as LangChain, Copilot Workspace, AutoGen, or CrewAI, and at least one of GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with secure coding, GitHub Actions, test automation, software design documentation, code reviews, Pega, business process management, and modern application architectures.
