Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features end-to-end that impact brand engagement.
- Translate customer feedback into intuitive product improvements.
- Collaborate with design to create well-engineered solutions.
- Prototype quickly, ship often, and iterate based on metrics.
- Maintain and improve code quality, tooling, and test coverage.
- Build and monitor operational telemetry for user flows.
- Work across the stack to deliver delightful user experiences.
- Contribute to technical standards that enable fast, confident engineering.
- Participate in architectural discussions for system scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer.
- Experience building SaaS, AI-enabled, or consumer applications.
- Ability to move fast in an early-stage environment.
- Strong initiative and commitment to quality work.
- Experience with AI or large language model powered products.
- Background in consumer-facing products or customer data systems.
- Familiarity with social media APIs like Instagram or TikTok.
- Experience writing infrastructure for observability and performance monitoring.
