Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and executives to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Architect and build production-quality end-to-end systems integrating AI models, backend APIs, and web applications
- Own technical solutions from design through production deployment
- Drive high-stakes projects with CTO-level ownership across architecture, coding, and strategic planning
- Apply and advance engineering best practices
Requirements
- 1-6+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions with measurable outcomes
- Entrepreneurial experience driving initiatives from concept to execution
- Understanding of modern programming languages and AI frameworks, including React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, LangChain, and Vercel AI-SDK
- Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative teamwork
