Base Salary

$122k - $161k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for customer needs following deployment.
  • Design, review, and execute use cases aligned with Snowflake best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize query performance to prevent recurring issues.
  • Analyze warehouse configuration for cost optimization opportunities.
  • Drive issue resolution and high case quality as a customer advocate.
  • Establish regular touchpoints with customers for updates on reported issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
  • Apply AI-powered tools for triage and analysis of customer issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing enterprise customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including query debugging and performance tuning.
  • Strong RDBMS fundamentals and hands-on experience with distributed database platforms.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and BI/analytics platforms.
  • AI fluency and ability to use AI-assisted workflows effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong customer advocacy skills.
