Responsibilities
- Build and evolve features end-to-end across a React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend services.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, automated testing, and code review.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create impactful experiences.
- Author and collaborate on technical RFCs to document approaches and architectural trade-offs.
- Contribute to the technical direction and shape the development within the SFA product area.
- Support and grow the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong experience building web applications across the stack, with a preference for TypeScript and Java.
- T-shaped skillset with deep expertise in a specialty and curiosity about other areas.
- Product-first mindset when developing technical solutions.
- Comfortable designing and operating distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Active use of AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, executable milestones.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure practices such as CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a tendency to over-communicate in a distributed team.
