Responsibilities
- Design and maintain voize’s internal AI productivity suite connecting agents, data, and workflows.
- Redesign and automate complete cross-functional work loops while preserving human judgment and interpersonal work.
- Create onboarding sessions, workshops, playbooks, and function-specific AI best practices.
- Establish AI governance, safe-use, data-handling, and compliance standards with Security and IT.
- Drive organizational change toward collaboration between humans and AI agents.
- Analyze AI tool usage and adoption signals, identify fatigue patterns, and improve outcomes.
- Create and maintain an LM-readable context layer with a reliable update process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment, including ownership of cross-functional AI or advanced-technology adoption initiatives.
- Hands-on technical fluency with LLM-based systems, including prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, and APIs.
- Ability to build, debug, and ship AI workflows alongside technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience training and enabling non-technical teams, driving adoption, and developing playbooks, learning content, and feedback loops.
- Entrepreneurial, process-oriented, communicative, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Fluent English is required; some German is a strong plus.
- Must be located in Berlin or willing to relocate.
