Base Salary
$111k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for the Business Intelligence platform.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, functional, and automated tests.
- Debug complex issues across multiple services and applications and collaborate with support teams on production incidents.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, customers, and stakeholders on requirements, discovery, and product strategy.
- Deliver and document technical solutions and communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to identify problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach other engineers technically and culturally.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Four or more years of professional software development experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and cloud-based distributed systems.
- Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and Kotlin.
- Expertise debugging complex systems or applications.
- Technical mentoring and coaching experience preferred.
- Experience in an agile development environment and service-oriented architecture is preferred or a plus.
- Familiarity with Cube.dev, dbt, Looker/LookML, Snowflake, Highcharts, D3, Chart.js, or other dashboarding frameworks is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
Benefits
- US base salary range of $111,000 to $180,000, excluded from benefit details here.
