Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions across voice and digital channels.
- Build and enhance call flows and routing configurations for complex contact center use cases.
- Implement integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and platform connectors.
- Configure and support Genesys Cloud telephony capabilities under guidance.
- Develop and deploy digital bots and messaging workflows.
- Support CI/CD processes and ensure reliable deployments across environments.
- Collaborate with QA teams for testing and defect resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting functional and performance issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
- Practical experience building Genesys Cloud routing applications and configurations.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments for troubleshooting.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to learn and adapt to evolving Genesys Cloud capabilities.
