Base Salary
$128k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI use cases across finance, legal, HR, research, operations, and other business functions.
- Maintain AI infrastructure and automation platforms, including MCP server integrations, agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration, and low-code/no-code tooling.
- Partner with the Enterprise AI Lead to move AI use cases from intake and triage through production.
- Build and maintain integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems including Coupa, NetSuite, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Establish MLOps capabilities for deployment, observability, usage monitoring, output quality tracking, and prompt iteration.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled SaaS tools through proof-of-concept builds and vendor assessments.
- Contribute to AI governance infrastructure, including usage monitoring, Zero Data Retention compliance checks, sandbox governance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Information Security on AI security posture, data exposure risks, workflow guardrails, and shadow AI detection.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical delivery experience.
- At least 4 years of software and automation engineering experience, with experience shipping LLM-based systems to production.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud-first architectures, preferably AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience building and launching applications using DevOps and MLOps tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Experience building with MCP and other agentic tool frameworks.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and document ingestion pipelines.
- Working knowledge of ERP and HRIS systems and enterprise automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Make.
- Ability to build SaaS integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to scope MVPs and production systems, identify high-leverage automation opportunities, and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Life sciences, biotechnology, or research-adjacent experience is preferred.
- Experience with Coupa, NetSuite, Workday, UKG, or similar ERP/HCM platforms is preferred.
