Base Salary
$128k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI use cases across business functions.
- Maintain AI infrastructure and automation platforms.
- Partner with the Enterprise AI Lead to scope and accelerate AI use cases.
- Build and maintain integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems.
- Establish MLOps platform for deployment and observability of AI workflows.
- Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled SaaS tools.
- Contribute to AI governance infrastructure and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with Information Security on AI security posture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical delivery experience.
- At least 4 years of software and automation engineering experience, preferably with Python.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud-first architectures, preferably AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience building applications using DevOps and MLOps tools.
- Hands-on development experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Building experience with MCP and agentic tool frameworks.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems including ERP and HRIS.
- Ability to build integrations across SaaS systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Strong judgment on build vs. buy decisions and MVP scoping.
