Base Salary
$155k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to define the roadmap for advisor payments and revenue tracking tools.
- Build full-stack features for advisors to manage payment statuses and service fees.
- Develop backend services for payout routing and financial data modeling.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to create intuitive financial experiences.
- Own projects from concept through delivery, including design, implementation, and testing.
- Maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend web development.
- 3+ years experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.io.
- 3+ years experience in backend web development using Python or similar frameworks.
- Experience with data-driven applications that handle complex financial data.
- Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs in FinTech contexts.
- Understanding of transactional accuracy and ledger design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own outcomes.
