Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture across the engagement and ensure solutions align with the approved roadmap, enterprise standards, and quality expectations.
- Design and govern integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Clouds, middleware, data infrastructure, and enterprise integration layers.
- Lead digital experience delivery using Adobe Experience Manager while enabling future modernization and AI-powered enhancements.
- Design scalable integration patterns across platforms, APIs, data layers, and middleware, including the boundaries between traditional services and agentic AI capabilities.
- Provide sprint-level architecture involvement, technical debt management, dependency mapping, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight for large multi-team programs.
- Lead and mentor developers, platform specialists, data engineers, and QA professionals across workstreams.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to VP- and C-suite client stakeholders and translate architecture decisions into business outcomes.
- Identify and incorporate production-ready AI-powered personalization, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows into the delivery roadmap.
- Coordinate with Content Technology, Commerce, Experience Design, and Analytics practices while maintaining DPE architectural standards and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; a master's degree or certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert/Master, Salesforce certifications, TOGAF, AWS, or GCP are strongly preferred.
- At least 15 years of hands-on enterprise architecture and solution delivery experience is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud; MuleSoft or Informatica; AWS, Azure, or GCP; and Snowflake or similar data platforms.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI, LLM-powered services, and intelligent automation integration within enterprise architectures.
- Proven delivery of large, complex, multi-year, global SI or product engineering engagements with $10M+ scope through go-live.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise integration architectures involving APIs, event-driven patterns, ETL/ELT pipelines, and middleware orchestration.
- Ability to operate credibly with C-suite stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Strong delivery methodology experience across Agile at scale, SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, and waterfall-hybrid models.
- Product engineering mindset with experience in roadmap ownership, backlog strategy, and technical debt decisions.
- Hands-on leadership capability, including whiteboarding architectures and presenting to CTO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills; experience in digital agency, CXM, or product engineering environments is a strong plus.

- Remote New York location; employees within commuting distance of a hub office are generally expected to work in the office three days per week, or two days per week in Los Angeles, while remote designation may apply outside commuting distance.
