Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for customer service experiences.
- Implement Amazon Connect Contact Lens functionality to replace Verint.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
- Use GenAI to enhance customer interactions and engagement.
- Troubleshoot Amazon Connect and integrated-service issues.
- Ensure application and infrastructure security and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or in a similar role with expertise in Amazon Connect and Lex.
- Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
